Employee Referral Scheme
We are excited to announce the introduction of the Employee Referral Scheme at JFS, aimed at filling selected vacant IT positions within our organization.
Procedure Overview:
Point of Contact (POC) Notification: The designated Point of Contact (POC) at JFS will regularly update you via email, WhatsApp group, phone calls, etc., regarding vacant positions.

Referral Submission: If you identify a suitable candidate, please share their details with the POC while maintaining your own records.
Database Check: If the candidate’s CV is not already in our database, we will confirm this within 48 hours of submission.
Shortlisting and Offer: Upon shortlisting, JFS will extend an offer to the referred candidate.
Referral Bonus: Upon successful selection and joining of the referred candidate at JFS,
You will receive a one-time bonus payment based on the following levels:
IT Recruitments
- Associate Level: Rs. 50,000/-
- Engineer Level: Rs. 75,000/-
- Senior Engineer Level: Rs. 100,000/-
- Above Senior Engineer Level: Rs. 150,000/-
Non IT Recruitments
Level 1: Assistant / Junior Executive
Referral Bonus: Rs. 20,000/-
Level 2: Executive / Senior Executive
Referral Bonus: Rs. 35,000/-
Level 3: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager
Referral Bonus: Rs. 50,000/-
Level 4: Senior Managerial Positions & Above
Referral Bonus: Rs. 75,000/-
Conditions:
The referred employee must work at the deployed location for a minimum of six months and complete two full months of service to qualify for the bonus payment.
If the selected employee exits the organization before completing six months, the incentive paid will be reclaimed.
