Whistleblowing Policy
At JFS Holdings, we highly value ethics, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We are also committed to maintaining an environment where individuals feel empowered to speak up when they witness inconsistent behavior with our values or violate our policies. Thus, we have established a “Whistleblowing Policy” to provide a clear framework for reporting concerns and protecting those who come forward with information.
Our Whistleblowing Policy aims to create a safe and confidential channel for all employees, contractors, directors, and other stakeholders. And we encourage them to raise any concerns about unethical behavior, illegal activities, policy violations, or any other activity that may harm the well-being of our company or its stakeholders. When individuals report such concerns promptly, we as a responsible organization will be able to take appropriate actions to address the issues raised.
If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our Whistleblowing Policy, please reach out to the designated contacts mentioned in the policy or contact our Human Resources department.
